Return / Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange is accepted within 7 days of order delivery. Refund is only possible in the form of store credit.


- To Return / Exchange an item, login to your account and select the Product(s) you wish to return / exchange, and click Request return. 

- For Size Exchanges, specify if the item is too small or too large and indicate the required new size. Feel free to add your measurements in the notes section or contact us for any questions.

- Items on sale are not eligible for returns. Size exchange is possible if stocks are available.


UAE Customers:


We offer 1 free Size exchange to UAE customers. If you need help choosing your fit please refer to our Size Chart or email us at info@bysara.com. If further size exchanges are requested, a flat fee of AED30.00 will be charged.


Exchanges for a different item will be processed as a return and a new sale. Once we receive the return item, a store credit voucher with the value of the returned product minus shipping/return costs (AED30.00) will be emailed to you within 48 hours, which you can use towards new orders. Store credit vouchers are valid for 1 year from issue date.

GCC, Middle East, International Customers:

Exchanges are treated as a return and a new sale.

The costs pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender, unless the delivered item is wrong or damaged.

In order for us to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Once the Product(s) is received, we will issue a store credit voucher with the same value of the Product(s) received, excluding shipping costs and custom duties (if applicable).

To use your store credit voucher, simply apply the voucher code that you received by email in the "Gift card or discount  code" field of the Checkout page of your new order. If your store credit balance is higher than the value of your order, the remaining balance will be usable in the future using the same code.

Shipping & Delivery

Order delivery time = order processing time + shipping transit time.

Orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours.

Expedited delivery and urgent orders can be accommodated on request. Contact Us prior to placing an order to check possibility.

Shipping fees will be calculated on checkout. Here is an overview of expected shipping rates and transit times:

Delivery within the UAE:

Time: 1-3 Working Days
Fees: Free shipping.

Saudi Arabia:

Time: 2-5 Working Days
Fees: AED 35
FREE shipping for orders above AED 400

GCC & Middle East:

Time: 3-5 Working Days
Fees: AED 40-50


Time: 3-7 Working Days
Fees: AED 50

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Taxes and duties: All applicable import taxes and duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
